200 Series Coatings

200 Series Coatings are single component, water reducible high gloss enamels. These coatings have superior hardness, adhesion, durability, flexibility, corrosion resistance and gloss retention properties. They can be applied directly to clean metal surfaces with no need for primer, and, being water based, these coatings reduce fire hazards. 500 Series Coatings

500 Series Coatings are a generation of automotive grade, single component alkyd resins. These coatings are quick drying, low-gloss with high heat and corrosion resistance. Uses include automotive under-body and chassis fittings, chassis, bumpers, door frames, steel wheels, formed metal parts, aluminum, castings and any structural steel application requiring high corrosion and heat resistance up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Corsol™ Anti-corrosive Advanced Metal Treatment

Corsol™ is an innovative coating from PRP Industries that provides high corrosion and chip resistance to treated metals. Unlike paints which can shrink over time and shatter upon impact, Corsol™ creates a durable “skin” electrochemically bonded to the material beneath it.

Components treated with CORSOL™ become galvanically non-conductive, allowing dissimilar metals to be fastened together without concern for accelerated galvanic corrosion around joining surfaces.

Uses include automotive under-body and chassis fittings, chassis, bumpers, door frames, steel wheels, formed metal parts, aluminum, castings and any structural steel application requiring exceedingly high corrosion and chip resistance.
