100-N
Description: 100-N is a concentrated alkaline cleaner.

100-R
Description: 100-R is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with rust inhibitor providing 30 to 60 days rust protection when parts are stored inside.

101-N
Description: 101-N is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with 50% more cleaning power than 100-N.

101-R
Description: 101-R is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with 50% more cleaning power than 100-N with a rust inhibitor providing 30 to 60 days rust protection when parts are stored inside.

102-R
Description: 102-R is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with the same cleaning power as 101-R with a more concentrated rust inhibitor providing up to 90 days rust protection when parts are stored inside.

103-N
Description: 103-N is a concentrated alkaline cleaner which dries faster than 101-N.
Characteristics: Cleans anything that is safely cleaned in water. Product utilizes colloidal action to remove dirt and soil. This product is not a soap, detergent or petroleum solvent.

104-N
Description: 104-N is an extremely aggressive cleaner, with no caustic soda, for removing paraffinic and napthenic based lubricants.
Characteristics: Cleans anything that is safely cleaned in water. Highly efficient, runs in systems between 5 and 10%. Product is non-foaming at high temperatures.

150-N
Description: 150-N is a liquid phosphoric acid-type compound designed to clean metal surfaces prior to welding, painting or any process where deoxidization is required.
Uses: Can be used in a dip or wipe process to remove oil, grease, light scale and oxides from amphoteric metals. When used in a concentrated form, oxides will be removed easily, and no phosphate will be left behind. When used in a diluted form, a bluish-grey iron phosphate conversion coating will form with excellent paint adhesion characteristics and improved corrosion resistance. Application is recommended for steel, aluminum, zinc and alloys.

151-N
Description: 151-N is a concentrated caustic cleaner.
Uses: Should be used on ferrous surfaces and stainless steel. Avoid using on amphoteric metals such as aluminum and zinc. Uses include: stripping chemical for tube drawn parts, removal of any high shear application compound and cleaning prior to application of vitreous enamel.

152-F
Description: 152-F is a high-specific-gravity liquid concentrate designed to wet and clean without foam production and to form an iron phosphate on metal surfaces prior to painting.
Uses: Contains low foam wetting agents and detergents coupled with phosphates to remove materials such as oil, grease and shop soil. Also utilized to form iron phosphate coatings of 40-60 mg/sq. ft. on mild steel and true conversion coatings on zinc and most aluminum alloys. 152-F is an accelerated phosphate with excellent results for paint adhesion and corrosion protection.

152-A
Description: 152-A is a high specific gravity liquid concentrate designed to wet and clean without foam production and to form an iron phosphate on metal surfaces prior to painting.
Uses: Contains low foam wetting agents and detergents coupled with phosphates to remove materials such as oil, grease and shop soil. Also utilized to form iron phosphate coatings of 40-60 mg/sq. ft. on mild steel and true conversion coatings on zinc and most aluminum alloys. 152-F is an accelerated phosphate with excellent results for paint adhesion and corrosion protection.
