Anti-Corrosion Specialist Launches Refurbishing Network
Exclusive Corsol™ Certified Network Expected Nationwide
PRP Industries has begun unveiling a national network of Certified Corsol™ Refurbishing Centers that will forever
change the life expectancy of dry van trailers. Trudell Trailers, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is becoming the nations first such center, specializing in refurbishing used trailers featuring the anti-corrosion protection of Corsol™.
"We have on-going talks with several companies looking to join the network of facilities," says Phil Pierce, President of PRP industries. "Trudell Trailers was the right company to launch our network with, due to their thorough understanding of the Corsol™ Anti-Corrosion treatment."

Trudell Trailers offers and wide variety of services including sales, leasing, rental, maintenance & repair, industrial finishing, and aftermarket parts. The company is currently one of the largest Great Dane trailer distributors in the country. In July of 2006, Trudell built a state-of-the-art 12,000 square Foot facility to ready themselves for additional capabilities.
"Our goal was to diversify our operation to include truck and trailer repairs in an
under-serviced area of the industry," says Jeff Hendzel, Trudell's Director of
Service Operations. Becoming a Certified Corsol™ Refurbishing Center enables
us to achieve our goals. We understand the enormous problem that corrosion
presents to haulers, and we have found that nothing can compare to Corsol™
when it comes to corrosion protection. We intend to be the market leader and
significantly extend the life of trailers for our customers."
According to research conducted by PRP Industries, extending the life of cross-
members, door frames and upper couplers would allow trailer owners to
operate a trailer much longer while performing standard maintenance on the
rest of the trailer.
"People are literally throwing away money," adds Pierce. "Our research
confirms that using simple advanced metal treatment technologies that exist
today would significantly extend the life of these three key components, adding
little if any cost and effectively doubling the service life of the trailer. With our
network of Certified Corsol™ Refurbishing Centers, we plan make it easier for
trailer owners to receive the benefits of our product and ultimately keep more
money in their pockets."
